WE'RE NOT YOUR TRADITIONAL STUDIO
At Plank Katonah, you'll work out on German-engineered Manduka Pro mats and experience first-hand why they're rated the #1 instructor mat in the world. Our weight-based classes use Bala bangles and bars. They better distribute the weight, and they're just prettier. We're germ freaks and cleanliness is a high priority for us. Plus, we're the only lululemon authorized retailer in Northern Westchester.

Our barre classes follow the traditional teachings of Lotte Berk. Some are inspired by classical Russian ballet and modern jazz. Our Pilates instructors will kick your butt. And our yogis offer everything from meditation breath work, restorative classes & Vinyasa flows to power + sculpt yoga.

Joe shaped yogis to delicious post-class smoothies and energizing Instagrammable flower teas.
